When you see a product you like simply select the size you would like, type in the quantity you wish to buy and click the 'Add to basket' button.

You can view 'Your Basket' at any time by clicking the 'View Basket' button at the top right hand side of any page. Here you can see the content of your basket and also purchase your goods

You can remove items from your basket by changing the quantity next to the product and clicking the 'Update' button or by clicking on the “Waste Bin” icon.

When you have selected the items you wish to order click the 'Checkout' button.

If you are a new customer please enter your invoice and delivery details. If you are a returning customer you can choose existing addresses to use for invoices and deliveries or add new ones.

Review your order and add notes if you would like to.  Agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box. 

Click the 'Place order' button to complete the transaction.

You will be redirected to the Worldpay to collect your payment.  Enter you credit or debit card details exactly as they are shown on your card. Worldpay accept Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Connect, Delta and Visa.

Worldpay is our payment partner who offer a 100% secure checkout system giving you confidence when you purchase. We do not store your credit card details on our server after payment for your order has been processed.

When your payment has been processed Worldpay will return you to the website.  You can view your order in ‘My Account’, continue shopping or leave the site.

You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming your payment details.

You will also be sent an email message by the website with your order details.

We will also send notification to you by email when you order has been Despatched.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95.

Orders over £65 are despatched for free.

We aim to process UK orders within 1 working day if placed before 2pm and subject to stock levels and cleared payment. The majority of packages will be despatched by royal mail within 3 working days. On despatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow up on your parcel.

Next Day UK Delivery

Next Day UK delivery is available for UK orders at a cost of £6.95.
We aim to despatch Nexy Day Delivery orders on the same day (Monday - Friday) if the order is placed before 1pm (excludes Bank Holidays in England and Wales).
On despatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Any order placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, your order will arrive on Tuesday

Overseas delivery

Europe Delivery Fee - £9.95

Rest of World Delivery Fee - £14.95*

The majority of packages will be despatched by post. We aim to process all overseas orders within 1 day and despatch within 3 working days, subject to stock levels and cleared payment.

Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in original condition (i.e. unused, unsoiled, and in their original packaging, with any tags intact - as you would expect to receive it) within 31 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt and examination (excluding postage). Please ensure the package is returned in its original packaging or similarly secure packaging with a completed returns form (see overleaf).

If you wish to exchange your order for another item then you will need to order the new item at www.fly53store.com and return your order as above for a full refund. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour then please complete the returns form and return your item with the form and we will do our best to exchange your item. If the item is not in stock then we will refund your order and notify you via email. Return postage is non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect

Please ensure that when you try on your items that you are not wearing makeup or wearing aftershave / perfume / deodorant which may mark or leave a scent on the item.

We are unable to accept returns on items where these instructions have not been followed.

Returns Timescale:

When returning an item please allow 2 working days for your return to be processed from receipt. When a refund has been processed you will be notified via email that the refund has been processed. On receipt of the refund notification please allow up to 5 working days for the money to clear into your account. The time taken for money to clear into your account is dictated by your bank and is out of the control of FLY53. All refunds will be credited to the account from which the order was processed. If we are unable to complete the refund we will contact you directly.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Orders:

If any item in your order is faulty or not what you ordered, then please complete the returns form and return as above. Due to the way in which our clothes are developed each item will have specific care instructions. It is vital that these care instructions are adhered to, to ensure your garment stays in the best possible condition for the life of the garment. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged due to incorrect washing.

Return Postage:

If the item you are returning is not faulty or incorrect then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. In addition please also note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection please ensure that you use a trackable parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are sending.
