FLY53 RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in original condition (i.e. unused, unsoiled, and in their original packaging, with any tags intact - as you would expect to receive it) within 31 days of receipt. We will replace your purchase with one to your satisfaction and send this out to you at no further cost.

If you wish to exchange your order for another item then you will need to order the new item at www.fly53.com and return your order as above for a full refund. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour then please complete the form included in your parcel and return your item with the form and we will do our best to exchange your item. If the item is not in stock then we will refund your order and notify you via email. Return postage is non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect

When returning an item please allow 2 working days for your return to be processed from receipt. When a refund has been processed you will be notified via email that the refund has been processed. On receipt of the refund notification please allow up to 5 working days for the money to clear into your account. The time taken for money to clear into your account is dictated by your bank and is out of the control of FLY53. All refunds will be credited to the account from which the order was processed. If we are unable to complete the refund we will contact you directly.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract and we aim to ensure that product images on our website are as accurate as possible. However there may be slight colour variations between the goods and the images shown online.  

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If any item in your order is faulty or not what you ordered, then please complete the form on the reverse and return as above. Due to the way in which our clothes are developed each item will have specific care instructions. It is vital that these care instructions are adhered to, to ensure your garment stays in the best possible condition for the life of the garment. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged due to incorrect washing.

Return Postage:

If the item you are returning is not faulty or incorrect then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. In addition please also note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection please ensure that you use a trackable parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are sending.

Please note: FLY53 are not responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination when returned, overseas customers are advised to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.

Buy anything from our website in the month of December and you have until the end of January to return it.

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 31 days of purchase

Please note that FLY53 can only refund your payment via the method by which the transaction was originally placed

Returning Items That Are Part of a Bundle

If you purchase items as part of a bundle (eg: Buy a Burton Jacket and two T-shirts for £80) we can only offer a refund for the whole bundle. Unfortunately we cannot refund part of the bundle.
